Fees and case expenses
No attorney’s fees unless we win. We advance reasonable and necessary case expenses. If there is a recovery, those expenses are reimbursed from the recovery after attorney’s fees are deducted. If there is no recovery, we do not seek repayment of the expenses we advanced, subject to the exceptions in your written engagement agreement. Any fees or sanctions assessed against you for false, frivolous, bad-faith, or harassing claims are separate. Your written engagement agreement explains the fee calculation and expense terms.
